Bailey is the founder and CEO of usetalos. A self-taught builder, he started it as a one-person AI company and grew it into a coordinated team of AI agents that design, build, and ship real work for real businesses. He architected the TalOS agent operating system — a fleet of specialized AIs handling everything from web development to marketing to research — and put it to work modernizing local businesses left behind by the pace of technology.
Along the way he's helped small business owners get websites and automation they could never have afforded the old way, cut hours of busywork out of their weeks, and given them systems that keep running without them. He's built a small team around one belief: the right systems let a few people do the work of many. usetalos is that belief, shipped.
